
Rich Cardrino is a three year resident of the Briggs Ranch community. He is married with a sixteen year old daughter and ten year old son. Mr. Cardrino prefers the nice quaint community of people of Briggs Ranch that rests inside of Folsom, Ca. He enjoys the great nature trails and how they are easily accessible from within the community. Mr. Cardrino also likes the convenience of having Folsom Lake within a walking distance from his house and would prefer that there not be a school within the community. Mr. Cardrino doesn't like the through traffic on Briggs Ranch Drive and would also prefer if residents would pick up after their animals more often.

Vince Rose is a nineteen year old resident who is married with three children who do not live at home. Mr. Rose enjoys the beautiful scenery that includes rolling hills and mature studded oak trees that are protected by the city. Mr. Rose finds the respectfulness and quality of people to be better than most areas and values the stability and long-term neighbors he has. Like many Mr. Rose doesn't appreciate the increase in traffic over the years or the people who drive too fast. Mr. Rose says he also would prefer if the houses were not as close together.

Wendy Rose, wife of above mentioned resident likes the friendly people of the community and the terrain of Briggs Ranch. She also likes the mature oak trees of the neighborhood. She doesn't like the busy streets or the people who drive too fast. She would also appreciate it if people would pick up after their pets do their business.
Kevin Folsom (not a made up name) is a fifteen year resident of Briggs Ranch and had 3 kids who do not live at home. He likes how the lake is just a walk away from his house and how active people are in the community. He also likes the greenbelts surrounding the neighborhood and the seclusion away from the city.

Karli Kielty is a six year resident of Briggs Ranch and attended both Folsom Hills and Folsom Middle School. She likes how close the schools are and the teachers as well. She loves the scenery of the area and all the great shopping malls. She likes the adventurous bike trails and the low crime rates. She doesn't like the increased traffic over the years and unsafe drivers. She also doesn't like that the light rails comes to Folsom.

Melinda Keeler is a lifetime resident of Briggs Ranch and intends to stay here forever. She loves the tight-knit community and how nice the people are. She enjoys the community events such as Picnic on the Green, and likes the new Starbucks down the street. She doesn't like the new bar (The Sports Garage), the snobby people, and the hot summers

Alexx Folsom is a nineteen year resident and current college student. He loves how close the lake is to the community and also all of the beautiful trees surrounding it. He also likes having such a great elementary school so close by. He doesn't like that the supermarket Ralph's closed down and took some of the business in the shopping center with it. He also doesn't like how many stop signs are in the area.

Nick Bartshe is a fourteen year resident and current college student. He enjoys the quietness of Briggs Ranch and how comfortable it is to live there. He loves how close Folsom Lake is and all the events that go with it. He doesn't like the uppity attitudes of some residents and doesn't like the saturation of conservatives. He also doesn't like the stereotypical fraternity brothers or "bros".

I am also a resident of Briggs Ranch and spent most of my childhood growing up here. Some of the things I personally love about the community are the great schools, friendly people, low crime rates, scenic paths, and the local golf course. I don't like the fast drivers, young kids, or the elderly.
